The homeowner noticed shifting and cosmetic deterioration around the front of their attached garage. Upon inspection, the core issues required immediate, professional intervention:
Compromised Header Support: The original framing above the garage door was undersized or damaged, risking structural sagging and affecting the proper operation of the garage door tracks.

We began by safely shoring up the garage roof line to completely strip away the old siding, sheathing, and failing framing.
Heavy-Duty Re-Framing: Our team installed a brand-new, robust lumber header system and vertical king studs to perfectly square up the garage opening and distribute the roof load safely.
New OSB Sheathing: The entire front facade was wrapped in premium oriented strand board (OSB) to restore absolute shear strength and structural rigidity to the garage front.

Clean Vinyl Siding: Installed crisp horizontal vinyl siding across the newly built upper wall section, instantly brightened the front entry.
Custom Aluminum Capping: We custom-bent aluminum trim capping around the entire garage door frame, providing a sharp, weather-tight border that eliminates the need for future wood painting or staining.
Final Touches: Re-mounted the exterior light fixture, garage door weatherstripping, and modern house numbering to deliver a flawless, move-in-ready finish.
